Working with the Texas Panel Pros – ACE Electrical Services – is an easy process. Whether you're looking for electrical panel replacement or repair or are looking to have any of our other electrical services performed, we want the process to go as smoothly as possible for you.
Here's how our simple ten step process works.
1. Fill out our simple online form to request a free, no-obligation estimate for services.
2. We will set a date and time – convenient to your schedule – for us to come out and introduce ourselves.
3. You let us know what it is you'd like to do or what problems you've been experiencing with your electrical panel.
4. We'll go over your options with you (repair, upgrade, or full replacement) and give you an estimate on the spot – no waiting.
5. Once you've made the decision to move forward with us, you'll sign off on our estimate.
6. After you approve the estimate, we will collect a deposit of 50% up front, and start the process of establishing a date for installation or services. We will begin the process to pull any needed permits on your behalf and notifying your electrical company that work will be being done.
7. Once we have any required permits (if applicable), we come out at a date and time that works with your schedule to perform the work – taking the pride in our workmanship we are known for.
8. If your electrical needs required a permit, once services are complete, we will then request an inspection with the proper government departments and request a reconnect of services from the electrical company.
9. We'll walk you through the services performed to make sure you are satisfied with the work and then consider services complete.
10. You make the final 50% payment on the completed services provided.
